I’m so sorry I’ve abandoned this place for so long. I promised myself I’d post at least once at day but it’s been difficult with the store’s floorset and then college starting.
One of the two classes I’m taking this, my last semester, time around is actually entertaining. I like the Interpersonal communication course…but I’m not too fond of dealing with my linguistics course. Language Change is an interesting sounding course…but the professor itself is really upsetting. She’s not really engaging. She just talks about the contents of the textbook and she does it so badly. Her grammar is almost all over the place. There are so many things I correct when I take notes.
She’s also the only professor that has made me buy a book within the last three years. Novels don’t count since I usually have them already on hand. (Huge bookworm. Most of my favorite high school readings are still at mom’s place) If I didn’t have them, a relative most likely had them. Or one of my old textbooks had the play in it…I would always get around the fact that they wanted me to buy a book.
Moving on, the classes seem simple enough. I have a test on the Language Change course next week, so we’ll see how that goes.
I think that’s enough for now. I’ll catch up with gaming tomorrow most likely.
