He’s appalled because what’s the point of legalizing immigrants but limiting the option of being a citizen to something that can only happen ten years after the legalization.
What is your personal opinion on this issue?
I’m also not happy with this issue. If America is the best country in the world and that there is always place for everyone there…why are they so against the illegals having a citizenship at last? What’s so wrong about letting them have a piece of the American Pie?

What is the issue the author is addressing?
The author is adressing the issue of ‘blackface’ in Korean media and how international fans have finally gotten the attention of Korea as to how insensitve the joke is.
What is the position/opinion of the author on the issue?
The author is midly pleased to see that Korean media and that Korean Kpop fans have finally realized that international fans don’t find ‘blackface’ funny and have started to apologize and become aware of the insensitivity of the joke.
What is your personal opinion on this issue?
I’m with the author on this one. Kpop is becoming global and having stereotypical jokes like ‘blackface’ running around, doesn’t do a good job of representing Korea at all. It makes it look racist.

Title: Why Be Bilingual?
What is the issue the author is addressing?
The author is addressing how people are learning second language and that it should be considered as something to do. He says that Americans shouldn’t bother learning it since a lot of people are attempting to learn English so why should Americans bother to be bilingual.
What is the position/opinion of the author on the issue?
He thinks there’s no need for it since everyoe’s running around learning English.
What is your personal opinion on this issue?
I think everyone should learn a second language, doesn’t matter if English is your first. You should still learn a secon
